Pulse Oximeter - Heart Rate and Oxygen Monitor App App Reviews

This app will measure your pulse but after trying a couple dozen times i still couldnt get a O2 reading.

This app is a waste of money! The oxygen reading doesnt work. It will give you a pulse reading but not the SpO2.

Junk. Rarely works and is very inaccurate when it does. Dont waste your money.

Hi, Ive used the app just a few times, but one of them was while flying a plane at 18,000 ft, while using supplemental oxygen to keep my levels up. It would be much more usable if it could read lower levels than just the 90s, but for the price its a nice general indicator which works as advertised.

This program force closes often and doesnt seem to function half the time.

Very inconsistent and useless

It was working fine and would give it 4 starts until I updated today Dec 17 and now crashes before it opens.

Only reads heart rate in the dark. 18 of 20 spo2 readings are 100%, the other 2 taken seconds before a 100% were 95%.

This app simply works! Im surprised how accurate it is by just using the iPhone camera. Other competitions apps only give users the option of checking their CO2 with a 3rd party accessory. The phone camera is just as accurate as the manual machine I have at home. Highly recommended.

I just got my stats today and I ran multiple tests. I would say this app is 80-90% accurate but these percentages are unconfirmed. Tomorrow, I will confirm these numbers and provide much better feedback. Honestly, Im a hardcore asthmatic and being able to just download the app with no additional add-ons was amazing and extremely convenient. Great job! Ill update with better or worse stats tomorrow. But Im pretty sure that Im right in the ballpark!

This is not accurate pulse and spo2 readings. If you want a heart rate app that is rite on point get it instant heart rate app it is right on point cause I tested it in the re when I was on the monitor. I wasted money on this app.

Dont waste your money. Pulse works just lime the free apps. Oxygen meter not even close reads way high. I have COPD and a calibrated device, just wanted to carry one less device. Wasnt expecting perfection but at least close, this app isnt. They invite you to leave feedback but the email address isnt even valid. That should tell you something.

I compared with my oximeter and the iPhone O2 was about 5 low yet the pulse was spot on.

Took my plane up to 8000 feet where a pulse oximeter showed I was at 91-92% saturation. That was correct, but this App showed me at 99-100% which is wrong. Giving this wrong info is potentially dangerous. Dont buy this

I love this app!

Pulse & oximeter match well my other type of pulse oximeter results. My only difficulty is that I have very small fingers so it is hard to easily cover the camera plus light at the same time. Otherwise I like it.
